Shared Executive Conference Room
Our shared executive conference room, available on a first-come, first-served basis at no charge, is designed for professional presentations and meetings for up to 16 attendees. The room features a large flat-screen display and reliable high-speed Wi‑Fi, along with teleconference and video conferencing connections, a conference phone, and integrated audio to support clear remote and in-person communication. Seating comfortably accommodates 16 participants, and adjustable lighting and window shades help optimize presentation visibility. A whiteboard with markers is provided for collaborative work.
Shared Training Room
Our shared training room is available at no cost on a first-come, first-served basis and is set up to accommodate larger instructional sessions and workshops for up to 100 participants. The space features two large flat-screen displays and dependable high‑speed Wi‑Fi. Flexible seating can be arranged for lectures, breakout groups, or collaborative exercises. Adjustable lighting and window shades enhance presentation visibility, and a whiteboard with markers is provided for instruction and group activities.
GenesisFIT
High-quality fitness center offering accessibility for every style of workout, including Peloton bikes, TechnoGym equipment, a full range of cardio machines, and comprehensive weight-training options. Convenient showers and secure lockers are located adjacent to the fitness center for easy use before or after your workout. Complimentary Wi‑Fi is available throughout the facility.
Shared Glass wash and Autoclave
Tenants on campus benefit from a centralized glass wash and autoclave located on the first floor—streamlining lab operations and maximizing efficiency within individual suites. This shared amenity allows teams to stay focused on core research while reducing the need for redundant infrastructure. Access is managed seamlessly through the tenant portal system.
Proper Food
Proper Food is an onsite food option for tenants directly off the main lobby, offering a convenient selection of fresh, ready-to-eat meals, snacks, and beverages suited for busy professionals. The location provides quick access during breaks or between meetings, reducing the need to go offsite for lunch while supporting healthier eating choices with ingredient-forward sandwiches, salads, and protein-packed bowls. The presence of Proper Food enhances tenant amenities by delivering both convenience and quality within the building's central foot-traffic area.
